Firm ranked as 10th largest firm in Rhode Island
Planning move to expanded office space later this year
May 6, 2009 (PROVIDENCE) – Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman was recently ranked as the 10th largest law firm in Rhode Island in a report published by Rhode Island Lawyers Weekly in its April 27, 2009 edition.
Taylor Duane made the top ten in the ranking with 15 lawyers along with two other firms of the same size. The firms on the overall list are ranked by the number of attorneys they employed as of Jan. 1, 2009.
“We are steadily growing, even during these lean economic times,” said Frank Connor, administrative partner of the firm’s Providence office. “Our traditional practice areas are strong, and we see growing demand from new clients.”
The firm is preparing a move into expanded office space in downtown Providence later this year, Connor said.
Taylor Duane also has a substantial presence in Massachusetts with an office in Boston’s financial district.
