Frank Connor leads seminar on evidence

PROVIDENCE  – Partner Frank Connor was one of three distinguished faculty members that led a February 11 seminar on gathering and effectively using evidence.

Connor, a seasoned trial and appellate attorney, focused on winning techniques for gathering evidence to build strong cases and using that evidence during trial. The Administrative Partner of the firm’s Providence office, Connor concentrates on professional liability defense, business litigation, and catastrophic personal injury cases. He has lectured to local, regional and national groups on a wide variety of litigation topics and risk management issues.

The day-long seminar was entitled “Effective Use of Evidence from Investigation to Trial: Strategies for Finding, Preserving and Presenting Evidence to Bolster Your Case.” The CLE program was sponsored by the National Business Institute and will be held at the Providence Marriott.
