John Barton to lead seminar on advanced cross examination techniques
 

BOSTON (April 12, 2010) – Partner John J. Barton on May 19 will lead a seminar on techniques for effectively undermining the testimony of medical experts on cross examination.

Over his distinguished career as a trial lawyer, Barton has devised, revised and tested numerous tactics for challenging the testimony of medical experts, some of which he will share at “Five of the Fifty Ways to Skin an Expert” – a brown-bag lunch seminar sponsored by the Associates’ Division of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association as part of a continuing series of educational events.
