Andria Coletta leads insurance law seminar
PROVIDENCE (April 12, 2010) – Partner Andria Coletta recently presented before insurance industry professionals on best practices related to insurance coverage issues.
Ms. Coletta discussed the recurring issues facing brokers, agents, underwriters and claims professionals related to Rhode Island insurance law and insurance coverage law. The seminar, hosted by the Rhode Island Chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women, took place at the Radisson Hotel in Warwick, RI.
Ms. Coletta’s practice includes insurance law and litigation, as well as bad faith insurance practices litigation. She has lectured in the fields of employment law, data breach and information privacy law, insurance coverage and bad faith insurance practices. She also regularly counsels clients on litigation prevention.
