Firm helps support alumni event of inner-city educational program
PROVIDENCE (May 26, 2010) – Taylor Duane helped sponsor the recent 25th Anniversary event celebrating the innovative SPIRIT Educational Program, which helps inner-city youth stay in school and focus on attending college.
Held at Rosinha’s Restaurant in Pawtucket, R.I., the event featured a buffet and silent auction. Several alumni spoke about the positive impact the SPIRIT program had on their lives.
The SPIRIT program serves 15 urban public school districts and is under the umbrella of the Blackstone Academy Charter School, Inc., located in Pawtucket.
