Taylor Duane attorneys headline insurance symposium
PROVIDENCE (May 27, 2011) – Andria Coletta, Heather Kilmartin and Kristen Whittle recently presented a day-long insurance law seminar at the 30th Annual I Day (Insurance Education Day) sponsored by the Rhode Island Chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women.
Coletta, Kilmartin and Whittle lectured on a variety of important insurance law topics, including: cyber and data security insurance coverage issues; current issues related to flood insurance and natural catastrophe insurance claims; best practices for handling difficult insurance coverage issues; and tips for avoiding bad faith insurance practices liability.
Insurance industry professionals from Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New Hampshire attended the day-long symposium, which was held at the Quidnessett Country Club in North Kingstown, RI.
Ms. Coletta serves as the Education Chairperson in charge of educational programming for the National Association for Insurance Women 2012 Regional Conference. The Region I Conference is scheduled from March 29 to April 1, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency on Goat Island, Newport, R.I.
