Angela L. CarrAngela Carr is an experienced civil litigator, focusing her trial practice on professional liability defense, employment law, business litigation, real estate disputes and insurance coverage law. Representative AccomplishmentsMs. Carr played a substantial role in obtaining a jury verdict dismissing a claim against a family physician that he allegedly failed to diagnose prostate cancer. She also helped to obtain an arbitration award dismissing an age and gender discrimination claim against a major hotel chain. In a premises liability case, she obtained a favorable settlement for a major retailer following a contentious mediation. Ms. Carr serves as a court-appointed commissioner to resolve real estate partition disputes. SeminarsMs. Carr has been a panelist and lecturer at employment law seminars involving issues of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and federal law.
