Jay Myers

Mr. Myers is a civil litigator with experience representing clients in court, preparing and arguing substantive motions and conducting discovery. He co-authored an article published in Banker & Tradesman analyzing Massachusetts law on when property managers can be liable as landlords, and also providing tips on how property managers can shield themselves from tenant lawsuits.

In 2008, Mr. Myers served as a judicial intern for Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Margaret R. Hinkle.

Professional and Civic Affiliations

Mr. Myers is a member of the Greater Boston Catholic Charities Advisory Board, and is also a member of the Young Professionals Board of Jumpstart, which is dedicated to delivering a high quality early education curriculum to preschool children in low-income neighborhoods.
